How the KICKS Program Works
WISDOM
Children complete their homework in a structured, distraction-free classroom environment immediately after school. We build good study habits and routines that help them thrive academically.
STRENGTH
One hour of structured Kenpo 5.0 Martial Arts builds physical fitness, confidence and real self-defence skills. Each child progresses through a belt system recognised in 21 countries worldwide.
KINDNESS
Supervised free time with team building games, arts & crafts and social activities teaches children to collaborate, share, and build genuine friendships.
A Typical Afterschool Day at KICKS
School Pick-Up
We collect children from Newington Public School and transport them safely to our Silverwater centre.
Snack Time
Healthy snacks are served while children settle in and get ready to focus.
Homework & Study
A quiet classroom environment where children complete their homework before training.
Kenpo 5.0 Martial Arts Class
One full hour of structured Kenpo 5.0 training — techniques, belt progression, discipline and confidence.
